Tüketici:

İbuprofen Glimepirid etkilerini artırmak ve kan şekeri düzeyleri çok düşük neden olabilir. Düşük kan şekeri belirtileri baş ağrısı, baş dönmesi, mide bulantısı, açlık, titreme, halsizlik, terleme, hızlı veya çarpıntılı kalp atışları vardır. Doktorunuz ile birlikte bu ilaçları kullanmadan önce konuş. Eğer Glimepirid kullanıyorum varsa ve ibuprofen ile tedavi başlıyor kan şekeri sürekli düşük doz veya daha sık izlenmesi gerekebilir. Kullandığınız diğer tüm ilaçlar, vitaminler ve otlar da dahil olmak üzere doktorunuza başvurun önemlidir. Önce doktorunuza danışmadan herhangi bir ilaç kullanarak durdurmak.

Profesyonel:

Ya da, plazma protein bağlama bölgeleri ve/veya onları yerinden (düşük, NSAID, aspirin, herkes için özellikle) metabolizmalarını etkileyerek insülin salgıları uyarıcılar plazma konsantrasyonunu artırabilir. Hastaların belirtilerini ve nasıl tedavi (örneğin, baş ağrısı, baş dönmesi, mide bulantısı, açlık, titreme, halsizlik, terleme, çarpıntı) hipoglisemi belirtileri, haberdar olmak, ve eğer oluşursa doktora başvurun. Hastalar bu ilaçlar çekildiğinde glisemi kontrolü kaybı için gözlenmelidir.
