Cyclopentolate hydrochloride %0.2 ve kafein içeren sabit kombinasyon hazırlık 1% (prematüre retinopatisi taraması için örneğin, retina dekolmanı olan hastalar; dilatasyon) oftalmolojide muayene için küçük beraberindeki cycloplegia ile telaffuz mydriasis üretmek için kullanılır hidroklorür.
