Nafcillin etinil östradiol kan seviyelerini ve etkisini azaltabilir. Eğer düşük doz oral kontraseptif kullanıyorsanız, atılım kanama ve istenmeyen gebelik riski olabilir. Sağlık kuruluşu ile doğum kontrolü alternatif veya ek yöntem kullanımını tartışmak gerekir. Eğer menopoz için hormon replasman alırsan, eğer ilaçlarını artık semptomların kontrol varsa doktorunuza bildirin veya anormal kanama yaşarsınız. Güvenli bir şekilde her iki ilaç kullanımı için doktor tarafından doz ayarlaması ya da daha sık izlenmesi gerekebilir. Kullandığınız diğer tüm ilaçlar, vitaminler ve otlar da dahil olmak üzere doktorunuza başvurun önemlidir. Önce doktorunuza danışmadan herhangi bir ilaç kullanarak durdurmak.

MONİTÖR: CYP450 3A4 indükleyicileri ile eş zamanlı uygulama östrojen ve östrojen ve progesteron hormon plazma konsantrasyonlarını azaltabilir. Östrojen in vitro in vivo çalışmalarda ve kısmen CYP450 3A4 ile metabolize olduğu gösterilmiştir, ve östrojen ve progesteron hormon gibi diğer steroidler de bu izoenzim tarafından metabolizma geçmesi düşünülmektedir. Bu etkileşim öncelikle oral kontraseptifler ile bildirilmiştir. Adet atılım kanama veya karbamazepin, fenobarbital, fenitoin, rifampin, St. John's wort olarak bilinen CYP450 3A4 bunlara ek olarak aşağıdaki düşük doz oral kontraseptif alan kadınlarda istenmeyen gebelik durumunda rapor edilmiştir. Replasman tedavisi östrojen yetersiz cevap da fenitoin ile tedavi edilen bir hastada bildirilmiştir. Aminoglutethimide, CYP450 3A4 indükleyici bir, %74'ü tarafından uygulanmaktadır rejimi üzerinde stabilize altı hastada medroksiprogesteron ve megestrol serum düzeyleri azaltmak için gösterilmiştir.

YÖNETİM: östrojen ve östrojen ve progesteron hormon için Farmakolojik yanıt CYP450 3A4 indükleyici bir veya terapi çekilen eklenir ve hormon dozu gerektiğinde ayarlama zaman daha yakından takip edilmelidir.
